Senior Connect

Senior Connect is a free information and resource hotline for Solano County seniors and their families. As a trusted partner in the community for decades, we can now assist older adults in connecting to programs and services from our library of community partners and resources. Along with the meals we have been serving, Senior Connect provides recipients a sense of relief, knowing that help is just a phone call away.

Our Senior Connect Specialists are available Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm to connect you with programs and services in your area.
