The Fall Prevention Program provides free screenings, clinical assessments, and home modifications to those with a great risk of falling.
Falls are a threat to the health of older adults and can reduce their ability to remain independent, but they are preventable. Our Fall Prevention Program provides assessments from our Fall Prevention Coordinator and a physical or occupational therapist to determine fall risk. Once approved, free modifications such as grab bars, improved lighting, and other fall prevention equipment will be provided, though no structural modifications will be made.
