What Happens Next?
Application Review: After you've submitted your interest, your assigned Case Manager will assess your eligibility based on the information you've provided, including age, disability, mobility, or chronic illness.
Eligibility Confirmation: If you meet the criteria for our program, we will get in touch to confirm your eligibility. We'll discuss your specific needs and preferences to ensure that we tailor our services to your individual needs.
Intake: Your Case Manager will schedule a home visit to better understand your unique situation and assess your requirements more comprehensively with an intake. Rest assured, our friendly and compassionate staff are there to make the process as comfortable as possible.
Meals: Once your eligibility is confirmed, you can anticipate the timely start of your meal service.
