For just $3, you can send a Senior Candy Gram to a homebound Meals on Wheels client — a simple candy treat paired with a heartfelt message to remind them they are cared for and remembered. Your gift also supports our Home-Delivered Meals program, which provides nutritious meals, safety checks, and friendly connections to homebound seniors across Solano County.
How Does it Work?
Each candy gram will be delivered directly to one of our clients as part of their meal delivery. It’s a small gesture that brings smiles, connection, and a little extra joy to someone who may be feeling especially isolated.
